Do 30-60 minutes of physical activity a day. This will help burn some of the unwanted calories
Limit or avoid alcohol
Avoid processed food

Eat broccoli, cauliflower

Maintain a healthy weight
Add turmeric to your food
Bleeding
Apply direct pressure to the wound with sterile pad
Raise and support the injured part above the heart
Fix the pad with a firm sterile bandage
Burns
Remove person from danger
Cool the burn with cold running water for 20 minutes
Gently remove clothing and jewelry from the burnt area
Cover the burn with a sterile non-stick dressing
Choking (Partial Blockage)
Encouraging the person to relax and breathe normally
Encourage the person to cough
Stay with the person and give reassurance. If the person is unable to breathe, go to total blockage
Choking (Total Blockage)
Lay the person on their side of the floor
Give 4 sharp blows between the shoulders
If unsuccessful, give 4 lateral chest thrusts (hands to be placed on the side of person’s chest below their armpit)
If still unsuccessful, call ambulance & begin resuscitation
Poisoning
Avoid any danger to yourself and others
If the person is conscious, look for evidence of the type of poison
Wipe all poison away from person’s mouth
Call Emergency Medical Services for immediate help
Sit properly, stand properly and sleep properly
Use proper chair with lumbar support
Consult your doctor – In case problem persists
Exercise Regularly
Take breaks periodically
No high heels
